MCS material management system provides full-process fine logistics management for highly automated industries such as lithium battery and photovoltaics. The system connects MES production systems, RCS scheduling systems, and production equipment, collecting machine equipment loading/unloading signals and status information, AGV task interaction information in real time. Combined with material basic information, process configuration, stack configuration, and AGV type and other basic data, it uniformly plans material transportation needs between machine-machine and machine-stack, then dispatches transportation tasks to the RCS scheduling system, achieving timely supply and accurate delivery of materials for each machine, ensuring production continuity and stability.

Order Optimization Strategy Management

For different types of e-commerce customer orders such as B2B and B2C, adapts to on-site needs through single picking, pick-and-pass, pick-then-pass and other methods. Comprehensively processes based on wave order priority, batch, expiration, shipping deadline and other attributes.

Algorithm Support, Improving System Efficiency

The system introduces the [Demand - Supply = Target] matrix model, using A-iWMS for wave order grouping to reduce material transportation frequency. Combined with the RCS system, it optimizes material selection from designated locations to improve transportation efficiency. For single-item-single-piece, single-item-multi-piece, and multi-item-multi-piece orders, it recommends stations to improve inbound/outbound efficiency. Through station task control, it improves system efficiency.

Process Support, Achieving Full Warehouse Management

Integrates different types of orders including procurement inbound, transfer inbound, return inbound, sales outbound, transfer outbound, and relocation outbound to achieve unified processes. Supports various types of intra-warehouse operations including relocation and inventory counting. Supports cross-docking and other modes, truly achieving full warehouse process management.
