To improve the efficiency of warehousing operations and digital management level, Hangcha Guozi Intelligent relies on the existing factory conditions to plan and construct an intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, which will be implemented in two phases. Jiangsu Yanghe Distillery Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in the domestic Baijiu industry. In view of its business pain points such as high labor intensity of manual forklifts in the process of distiller's yeast material transfer, potential safety hazards in the mixed traffic of people and vehicles, insufficient material turnover efficiency and operation traceability ability, Hangcha Guozi Intelligent plans a whole process intelligent logistics handling system, builds a closed-loop intelligent transfer system for distiller's yeast materials, realizes cross regional hopper transfer between distiller's yeast storage area and production line, and creates a replicable practice case for the intelligent production logistics of the beverage industry.

The customer's market share in China's drinking water industry has reached 25%, ranking among the top three in the world's drinking water market. To build an intelligent digital factory and gradually achieve automation and intelligence in production process control, quality inspection, warehousing and logistics, the project introduces forklift type AGV as a solution to provide flexible features for logistics handling and solve the problems of mismatched upstream and downstream equipment capacity, low efficiency and error rate in raw material warehousing, transportation and distribution. The introduction of AMS and PLC enables the signal docking of various devices in each link, smoothly achieving visualization of all storage locations and traceability of all processes.
