The client of this project is a top global engineering machinery manufacturing enterprise, with business covering more than 150 countries and regions. Hangcha Guozi's intelligent AGV flexible intelligent assembly production line solution has been put into operation in the customer's large excavator production factory, with outstanding project performance efficiency. The equipment delivery will start within 60 days after signing the contract, and the commissioning and production will be completed within 90 days. The project adopts 20 ton heavy-duty AGV and 30 ton RGV equipment to create a flexible intelligent assembly production line. The production line has completed the intelligent transformation of old tracks and sliding contact line equipment, and 25 heavy-duty AGVs have been deployed to build the main conveyor system, achieving global production scheduling. The plan aligns with the factory's development plan, coordinates production architecture and data management, reserves space for MES and ERP system integration, integrates warehousing and production scheduling, breaks through information barriers in various links, breaks through production management and efficiency bottlenecks, and comprehensively achieves flexible and intelligent upgrading of excavator assembly processes.

Hangcha Guozi Intelligence has been continuously upgrading the logistics intelligence of large, medium, small, and micro excavator manufacturing workshops under a leading group in the construction machinery industry for many years. We have optimized the logistics layout and customized flexible logistics solutions by combining the existing production processes of the structural components and assembly workshop in the factory area. We have built a micro excavator flexible assembly production line and inter workshop logistics transfer system with 121 AGVs, creating an industry benchmark project. Relying on Hangcha Guozi's intelligent REX scheduling system and utilizing data-driven algorithms to achieve intelligent production scheduling, 81.89% of automated cutting was achieved, and the manufacturing cycle was shortened by 54.55%. At the same time, by combining digital twins, logistics simulation and other technologies to collect real-time production data, enterprises can build efficient production models and strengthen their core competitiveness in intelligent manufacturing.

Hangcha Guozi Intelligent Robot has joined hands with Shanxi Taizhong Engineering Machinery Intelligent Factory, a subsidiary of Taizhong Group, to deeply participate in the design and project construction of the factory's intelligent manufacturing and logistics system. By using nearly 200 robots of different types and loads, intelligent management of excavator production processes and logistics distribution processes is achieved, helping Taizhong Group build a high-end digital smart industrial park.
