4 project plansIntelligent Three-dimensional WarehouseThe automated logistics system for tunnels and AGVs innovatively utilizes a mixed three-dimensional storage solution of pallets and material boxes, with 3 pallet tunnels and 1 material box tunnel configured to accommodate independent storage of large-sized and small-sized components. The warehouse plans nearly 20000 standardized storage spaces, with sufficient storage capacity to comprehensively ensure long-term production, stocking, and warehousing use of the project.

The pallet storage area is equipped with 2 double depth stacker cranes and 1 single depth stacker crane, combined with a precise distance storage strategy, greatly improving storage density and efficiency of large material access; The storage area of the material box adopts a dual position and dual deep position stacker crane, which accurately balances the core requirements of high-density storage and high-efficiency operation, and achieves the optimal allocation of storage resources.

The warehouse has a height of over 20 meters, and Hangcha Guo's intelligent technology fully explores the value of vertical storage space, greatly improving the comprehensive utilization rate of land and space. At the same time, the planning and design fully consider safety regulations, reserve sufficient space to ensure the daily construction and operation of top fire pipes and lighting equipment, and achieve a two-way balance between efficient storage and safe production.

The project is equipped with 10 hidden top lifting AGVs, which are linked and coordinated with the three-dimensional warehouse system to automatically complete the material inbound and outbound docking. Relying on WMS/WCSThe scheduling platform realizes unified task allocation and intelligent traffic control, connects the logistics channels between the three-dimensional warehouse and the inbound operation area, outbound sorting area, and temporary storage area of the production line, realizes automated transportation and seamless connection of production materials, reduces manual handling intervention, improves the efficiency of warehousing inbound and outbound operations, and builds a fully unmanned, information-based intelligent logistics loop throughout the entire process.
